Zara Larsson addresses Macklemore speaking out and being an artist her fans can trust, shares what the secret to her workout routine is, fan moments at her concerts going viral on social media, how she wants her song “Blue Moon” to have its moment, how she’s still learning about the music business at this point in her career and more.
Zara Larsson
It is so powerful to see how everyone can come together and make a difference. I just have this amazing like event being put up for me that I don’t think I would have if I if I didn’t have the success of of this year.
Tetris Kelly
Hanging out with Miss Zara, it has been such an honor to just like watch you continue to glow up. So, how is it to celebrate it with fans tonight in person with Apple and Chase?
Zara Larsson
It’s so fun. I’m really excited for this performance, but like in specifically, like this in specifically, in particularly, specifically,

We found it
Zara Larsson
This performance because it’s so musical, and I have this amazing band, and we do these new like takes on the songs that the fans have heard a million times, and I’m really happy that I can bring something new and fresh.
Tetris Kelly

At Lollapalooza, I actually teared up when the guy came on stage. That moment was just like wow. And then in Belgium, when they lift everybody up in the air,
Zara Larsson
It’s amazing, and it’s just something that can’t be planned, and it’s something that the fans bring. It’s really something that I can do from stage by myself, and I feel like that’s what’s so beautiful is that I feel like the people who are watching in the crowd and the audience they are truly a part of the show. Like that’s what it means to to watch something live and to be a part of an experience. And I really want people wherever they are, like in whatever festival or country, to to have that experience and to be together to create special memories. Because I really do feel like every show is different and every audience brings something different, and it’s something that I can’t plan. It looks like Ariana Grande has officially found her next place to go after a grandiose time in Oz.
The pop star shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse from what appears to be a recording session for Oh, the Places You’ll Go! on Thursday (Sept. 17), posting a black-and-white photo to her Instagram Story with director Jon M. Chu. In the image, Grande and Chu are sat inside a recording studio, with what looks to be custom Oh, the Places You’ll Go! artwork with Grande’s name in Dr. Seuss-inspired lettering on what could be the screenplay.
“Oh the places we’ll go & have been!” Grande captioned the photo, tagging Chu and adding a heart.
The post adds a further look into Grande and Chu’s partnership on the anticipated animated film since the voice cast was announced in July 2025. Billboard has reached out to representatives for Grande and Chu for confirmation on whether the pair have officially begun recording their parts for the movie.
When Grande and Josh Gad were announced as the film’s stars last year, the two shared photos from a studio while holding their scripts in front of their faces. At the time, Grande wrote that she was “so thrilled” to be part of the project, adding that she loved the Dr. Seuss world and the “incredible group of creative human beings” behind the adaptation.
Oh, the Places You’ll Go! is being directed by Chu and Jill Culton, making it Chu’s first animated feature. The film is based on Dr. Seuss’ 1990 classic, which follows a young traveler as they embark on a colorful, unpredictable journey through life.
The Warner Bros. Pictures Animation project features original music from Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, the songwriting duo behind The Greatest Showman and Dear Evan Hansen. J.J. Abrams is producing alongside Gregg Taylor and Dr. Seuss Enterprises, while Rob Lieber adapted the screenplay.
The movie is currently slated to hit theaters on March 17, 2028.
For Grande, the voice acting role follows her wildly acclaimed Wicked era, as well as the release of her album Petal in July. The album gave the pop singer her seventh No. 1 album on the Billboard 200.
Grande also announced in August that she would be taking a step back from public-facing work after her Eternal Sunshine Tour amid what her representative described as “endless, ongoing public scrutiny.” She later clarified during a Chicago tour stop that the decision was not a reaction to recent criticism, saying it was something she had “quietly made” a long time ago and came from a “thoughtful and empowered place.”
That break apparently hasn’t necessarily meant disappearing from the screen or the recording booth. Grande is also set to star alongside Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro in Focker-in-Law, the latest installment in the Meet the Parents franchise.
Have no fear, Drake has re-uploaded FOMO back onto his YouTube page.
The short film had been temporarily removed following its premiere on Tuesday (Sept. 15), but returned for all to view on Thursday (Sept. 17).
Running for about an hour, Fear of Missing Out is filled with visuals from Drake’s HABIBTI and MAID OF HONOUR albums, as well as new collaborations with Yeat, PartyNextDoor and Don Toliver.
“This is self funded surrealism A story about making the absolute most of it all in one summer Credit to nobody but the members,” Drake wrote. “Here’s some life advice before you watch Nobody is coming to save you You must use each day to decipher who you love and trust and march forward with them.”
He continued his caption: “I hope this serves as motivation to make that call, take that trip, drop that song, open that shop, see your parents, leave that relationship or stay in it forever, spend the bread, get some more etc. They keep saying our genre is dying Videos don’t matter Nobody is watching nobody is listening I still care. As much as I did on the set of Best I Ever Had. So be kind and rewind.”
There were plenty of guest appearances mixed in throughout the clip, featuring cameos from Sexyy Red, Stunna Sandy, Sandra Graham, NBA star Kevin Durant, model Winnie Harlow, Lena the Plug, his “goth baddie” and others.
Drake also premiered his interpolation of Ella Langley’s 22-week Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 smash “Choosin’ Texas,” which enlists Don Toliver on the anticipated track.
“Miss My Dawgs” is set to be the first of the unreleased cuts to make it onto streaming services, as the song will be part of Yeat’s COCOON EP arriving on Friday (Sept. 18).
Drake revealed in an interview following FOMO‘s premiere that he’s hitting the road for a 2027 world tour, which will be his first North American trek since 2023.
“Obviously, tour is coming and there’s other things on the horizon, some big shows,” he said. “We’ll be out 2027 to see everybody again across the world… We’ll see you on tour soon.”
FOMO arrives after Drake’s trifecta of albums in May, which included ICEMAN, HABIBTI and MAID OF HONOUR. The trio made Drizzy the first artist to simultaneously hold the top three slots of the Billboard 200.

“The Culture built us. We build it back.” That’s the credo for Ruffnation Entertainment, headed by hip-hop pioneer and CEO Chris Schwartz. Of late, the full-service manufacturing and distribution company has been specializing in releasing classic and new repertoire underground hip-hop albums on traditional vinyl in partnership with distributor Virgin Music Group. Schwartz has since taken that to the next level … and beyond.
Beginning last year on Record Store Day (April 12) with the release of the Wu-Tang Clan and Mathematics’ album Black Samson, the Bastard Swordsman, followed by Ice Cube’s Man Up in December, Ruffnation began offering vinyl albums in audiophile-grade, collector quality, limited editions featuring one-of-a-kind artwork. This year’s slate thus far includes RZA’s Bobby Digital Presents: The Juice Crew and Man with the Iron Fists (a reissue of the 2012 film soundtrack), both released on Record Store Day 2026 (April 18). Schwartz claims the Philadelphia-based Ruffnation “is the first and only label to implement this high-end vinyl concept” in a competitive market that includes Fat Beats and Get On Down.
Through Ruffnation’s ongoing partnership with a state-of-the-art pressing plant and a company that’s developed the ability to do one-of-one variable printing, several new projects in this configuration are coming down the pipeline by year’s end. That run starts with Juvenile’s Boiling Point. A pre-registration ad for this “super limited edition” starts this weekend (Sept. 18) with the pre-order drop on Oct. 12. Also on tap is Erick Sermon’s Dynamic Duos on Oct. 23. In the meantime, Schwartz is launching another new component to the Ruffnation game plan on Oct. 31 (Halloween) at midnight: Vinyl Societe, billed as “the first hip-hop vinyl subscription service.” Titles comprising that launch will be revealed in the coming weeks.
Just last month, Columbia House announced that it was shutting down its 71-year-old mail order membership music and DVD service. In the wake of that news, Schwartz remains assured of Vinyl Societe’s potential. “You can’t be all things to all people,” he explains. “Look, everybody likes different genres of music. We all know that. But when it comes to people paying money for music, they want to buy the music that they’re into.”
Schwartz further adds that the subscription service will operate entirely on pre-orders with a monthly fee of $40 to $45. “I think we will do really well,” he predicts. “There are more people out there that are willing to pay for the music they’re into than people realize.” Citing the sellout of the aforementioned double-LP Black Samson vinyl exclusive last year — 5,000 copies priced at $59.90 — Schwartz adds, “We’re at the zenith of collectability right now.”
As for first-year subscriber base goals that he’s aiming to achieve with Vinyl Societe, Schwartz says, “If we get to between 7,000 to 10,000, I’d be thrilled. I just want to manage my expectations because Rome wasn’t built in a day. Anything that’s worth doing, you have to take your time and do it right. It’s all about cultivating your audience and customer service. There’s more to fulfillment than just stuffing a record into a mailer … presentation is 85% of the meal.” Beyond the heightened sound quality and the 1-of-1 cover art, other value-added perks being planned include a bonus CD and a 12” x 24” one-of-one poster.
No stranger to the music business, Schwartz founded Ruffnation predecessor Ruffhouse Records with partner Joe Nicolo. Established in 1989 as a joint venture with Columbia Records, the trailblazing label was home to The Fugees, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean, Cypress Hill, NAS, Kris Kross, DMX and Jermaine Dupri, among others.
When Schwartz and Nicolo dissolved their partnership, Schwartz established Ruffnation Records in 1999 via a joint venture with Warner Bros. The label’s artists included the Outsidaz, Major Figgas and DJ Muggs, the founding producer of Cypress Hill. This iteration ended in 2001 following AOL’s acquisition of Time Warner. Schwartz then relaunched Ruffnation Records as Ruffnation Entertainment. He’s also the author of the 2019 memoir Ruffhouse: From the Streets of Philly to the Top of the ’90s Hip-Hop Charts.
Of this latest iteration of Ruffnation and the impending launch of Vinyl Societe, Schwartz — who started his career as the manager of rapper Schoolly D — says, “We’re doing something really cool at a time when hip-hop has cross-pollinated into every visible indigenous culture throughout the world. The genre isn’t losing its popularity.”

Talk about putting a new face on fandom. Mattel brings the supernatural pop stars of KPop Demon Hunters to life with a collection of action figures inspired by some of the movie’s most memorable looks and moments. Rumi, Zoey and Mira arrive in their “How It’s Done” outfits, while the lineup also features Jinu, Abby, Mystery, Romance and Baby in the Saja Boys’ “Soda Pop” looks. These aren’t the first KPop Demon Hunters Mattel dolls, but they’re certainly a unique addition to the inventory. Each figure comes with interchangeable facial pieces that let fans switch up their expressions, plus multiple points of articulation for dancing, posing and demon-fighting.
The HUNTR/X and Saja Boys action figures also get swappable hands designed to hold things like chopsticks, a cup of ramen, a microphone and signature weapons. Some characters even come with HUNTR/X and Saja Boys lightsticks, bringing a little concert energy to the toys.

One of the most iconic moments in the KPop Demon Hunters movie is the “Soda Pop” dance sequence, and Mattel recognizes that by giving fans Jinu from that scene. The action figure comes with swappable hands and facial expressions, as well as glasses, a microphone, a can of Soda Pop (of course) and a Healer Han juice pack — IYKYK.
SAJA BOY

Abby from the Saja Boys comes with his telltale yellow beanie, interchangeable hands and faces, as well as his hilarious “Abby-licious” autograph.
MYSTERY

Saja Boy Mystery is immediately recognizable by his lush, lavender locks. But even if you can’t see his full face, Mattel still gives him two alternative facial expressions.
ROMANCE
100+ Bought in the Past Month
His name may be Romance, but he’s still a demon. This is evident in the action figure’s alternative demonic facial expressions and creepy hands.
The attention to detail in Baby’s Mattel action figure is seen in his turquoise hair and eyebrows and the intricate materials in his woven sweater. This Saja Boy comes with a yellow hat, a Soda Pop can and swappable hands and faces.
KPop Demon Hunters has become far more than a hit animated movie, turning its music, characters and fictional K-pop groups into a full-blown franchise. The film took home two Oscars at the 2026 Academy Awards, winning Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song for “Golden,” while “Golden” also earned a Grammy for Best Song Written for Visual Media. Now, the phenomenon is preparing for a global concert tour that will bring elements of the movie to arenas worldwide, with Netflix announcing the news in May.
The KPop Demon Hunters merchandising boom has been just as expansive, with fans able to find everything from KPop Demon Hunters Squishmallows and crochet kits to backpacks, Halloween costumes, ramen noodles and phone huggers. Mattel alone has continued expanding its lineup, while the broader merchandise machine keeps finding new ways to turn HUNTR/X, the Saja Boys and their supernatural world into fan-ready products. With a 2029 sequel also in development, the KPop Demon Hunters craze shows no signs of slowing down.

After four seasons of celebrity contestants, The Traitors is bringing a new group of players to the castle. The Traitors: New Blood premieres Thursday (Sept. 17) on NBC and Peacock, with Alan Cumming returning as host. The new installment features 22 everyday Americans competing at Ardross Castle in Scotland for a prize of up to $250,000.
The all-civilian cast marks a major change for the reality competition, which has previously featured reality stars and other recognizable personalities. The new contestants were selected from more than 80,000 applicants and include an astrophysicist, barrel racer, funeral director, ironworker, pilot, teacher and MLB analyst.
The Traitors are once again hidden among the Faithfuls, with the contestants tasked with figuring out who they can trust while competing in missions to build the prize fund. The Faithfuls must banish all of the Traitors to win; if a Traitor survives until the end, the Traitors take the prize.
Here’s when and where to watch The Traitors: New Blood online.
The Traitors: New Blood premieres live on Thursday, Sept. 17, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC with two back-to-back episodes. Viewers can watch the live premiere, without traditional network television, through DirecTV or Fubo, both offering five-day free trials, as well as Sling and Hulu + Live TV.
The show will return with another two-episode night Thursday, Sept. 24, at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Beginning Oct. 8, the series will air one new episode each Thursday at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
For those who have cut the cord, NBC is still easy to stream live. DirecTV, Fubo, Sling and Hulu + Live TV all carry the network, with five-day free trials offered by DirecTV and Fubo.
DirecTV subscribers can watch NBC with any of the service’s Signature packages, including Entertainment, Choice, Ultimate and Premier. New subscribers can also take advantage of a five-day free trial to watch The Traitors: New Blood live.
Fubo carries NBC live, so subscribers can watch The Traitors: New Blood as it airs. New subscribers can start with a five-day free trial, followed by plans starting at $54.99 for the first month and $64.99 per month thereafter.
NBC is available in select markets through Sling, with plans starting at $19.99 per month for the Select plan. Viewers can also choose the Blue plan from $45.99 per month or the Orange & Blue plan from $60.99 per month. Check Sling.com to see which plans and local NBC stations are available in your area.
For another live-TV streaming option, Hulu + Live TV includes NBC alongside Disney+ and ESPN+. The service starts at $89.99 per month and offers new subscribers a three-day free trial.
And those who prefer to stream on demand, Peacock will carry new episodes of The Traitors: New Blood the day after they air on NBC. Viewers can subscribe directly, with plans starting at $12.99 per month.
That means the Sept. 17 premiere episodes will arrive on Peacock Friday, Sept. 18, while the Sept. 24 episodes will stream Friday, Sept. 25. Subsequent episodes will follow the same next-day streaming schedule.
A Peacock Premium subscription costs $12.99 per month or $129.99 annually, while Premium Plus runs $19.99 per month or $199.99 annually with additional ad-free viewing and other perks. Students can get a discounted rate of $6.99 per month for their first year before the plan renews at the then-current price.
While Peacock doesn’t currently offer a standard free trial, savvy viewers can still access the streamer through options including DirecTV, Prime Video and Instacart+, each with its own trial or promotional offer.
DirecTV is offering two free months of Peacock Premium with any Signature package. To claim the deal, choose a Signature package and select “Movies Extra Pack + Peacock Premium” when prompted to add extras. The offer includes both for two months at no additional cost.
Plus, new DirecTV subscribers can test the service with a five-day free trial.
Peacock is also available as a channel through Prime Video, where new subscribers can sign up for a seven-day free trial of the Premium Plus plan. After the trial period, the membership continues at the standard rate unless canceled.
Another way to access Peacock Premium is through Instacart+. The membership includes Peacock Premium, and new members can try Instacart+ with a 14-day free trial.
The 22 contestants competing in The Traitors: New Blood are Abbey Benjamin, Abby Lee, Arisa Thomas, Ben McDonnell, Clyde Moser, Jay Vinnedge, Joe Vanella, Katie Fites, Kim Daily, Kriste Lewis, Logan Smith, Madeline Kostopulos, Mark Zgoda, Michael Foote, Morgan Cook, Niyyah Bilal Hayes, Shane Beatty, Sherry Kuehl, Tomica Adams, Victor Vollbrechthausen, Wyatt Gillespie and Xavier Scruggs.
Their jobs range from nurse and astrophysicist to attorney, content creator, pilot and business executive. They will compete under Cumming’s watch as the Faithfuls attempt to identify the hidden Traitors before they are eliminated from the game.
Set at Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands, the competition puts the 22 players through missions that help build a prize fund worth up to $250,000. Each night, the secret Traitors can “murder” a Faithful, while the group gathers to banish a player they suspect is working against them.
The civilian version keeps the basic structure of The Traitors while giving the game an entirely new cast of players with no prior reality TV experience.
It took Taylor Swift‘s nieces some time to see her as Aunt Taylor instead of, well, Taylor Swift.
On the latest episode of New Heights published Wednesday (Sept. 16), Travis Kelce recalled how the family had to “break [the] habit” Jason Kelce’s daughters had of calling the pop star by her full, ultra famous name. “When they got to meet Aunt Tay Tay, they were calling her ‘Taylor Swift,’” Travis said, noting that he thought it was “adorable.”
“‘Taylor Swift, can I do this? Taylor Swift!’” Jason remembered his girls saying, to which he’d remind them: “You can call her ‘Taylor.’”
The topic arose as the brothers and podcast co-hosts were discussing Tom Cruise, who attended the Kansas City Chiefs game against the Denver Broncos on Monday (Sept. 14). While Travis played on the field, the action film star sat next to Swift in a box suite at Arrowhead Stadium.
“I feel like when somebody gets that famous, you just call the person [their full name],” Jason said of Swift and Cruise.
Jason shares four daughters with Kylie Kelce: Wyatt, Elliotte, Bennett and Finn. When Swift appeared on New Heights last year, she revealed that she loves baking with her nieces. “They love sprinkles,” she said at the time. “We put sprinkles in everything when we hang out.”
The day Swift recorded that podcast episode, Travis got down on one knee and proposed the the 14-time Grammy winner. They’ve since tied the knot, getting married over Fourth of July weekend at Madison Square Garden in New York City with a reported 1,000 guests in attendance. Jason served as his little brother’s best man.
“It was just so magical, man,” Travis said on the Sept. 2 episode of New Heights. “We wanted to do it somewhere where we could have a very intimate and genuine setting without a lot of distractions, we needed it to be a private feel. MSG went above and beyond to give us that.”
