My Chemical Romance performed the first of three sold-out nights at London’s Wembley Stadium on Wednesday (July 8), playing to an ecstatic, standing crowd of nearly 75,000 people who welcomed the New Jersey band led by Gerard Way for their first-ever Wembley headlining date.

The group played the entirety of their seminal 2006 The Black Parade album top to bottom, with the set’s storyline amplified by visuals playing on two gigantic screens flanking the stage as well as plenty of drama on set.

Following The Black Parade repertoire, the group moved to an intimate stage set in the middle of the stadium floor for a second set of songs from their other albums, including “Na Na Na” and “Helena.”

For concertgoers enamored of perhaps the most successful emo rock band in the world, the shows are a rare and hugely craved moment. My Chemical Romance has only played Wembley once before, back in 2007, when they opened for British band Muse during that group’s Black Holes and Revelations tour.

The return was sweet. MCR are playing a total of three nights, with over 230,000 tickets sold, a rare feat for a rock band, particularly one that hasn’t released an album in over 15 years and whose tour is built on an album released 20 years.

Following the three Wembley dates, The Black Parade 2026 tour — which kicked off in January in Bogotá, Colombia — will continue for 25 more dates across Europe, Asia and the U.S., including a five-night special run at The Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles in October. All told, the group will play 39 stadium dates worldwide this year, continuing its Long Live The Black Parade tour of 2025, which played 10 stadiums in the U.S. in 2025.

Three is the magic number for Jonas Brothers’ New York fans.

The sibling trio add a third show at Madison Square Garden — home of the NBA champion Knicks — following “overwhelming demand” during the initial presale, reps say.

Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas will now play a weekend date at the Garden on Saturday, Aug. 22, in addition to the previously announced shows Aug. 20 and 21.

The MSG dates are all part of the JoBros’ The Burning Up Tour All Over Again, produced by Live Nation.

“The response from our fans this week has been unreal, and we didn’t want anyone to miss out,” the Jonas Brothers remark in a statement. “Adding a third night at The Garden means more of you can relive this with us.”

The timing is sweet. Almost two decades ago, the original Camp Rock premiered just ahead of the brothers’ Burning Up Tour. Now here we are in 2026, with Camp Rock 3 premiering Aug. 13 on Disney Channel before streaming on Disney+ from Aug. 14, just two days before the Jonas Brothers’ induction on Aug. 16 as Disney Legends, one of The Walt Disney Company’s highest honors.

“The original Burning Up Tour was an exhilarating time in our lives,” the bros’ statement continues, “and getting to do it all over again, while celebrating everything that’s happened since, means the world to us. We can’t wait to run it back.”

The first Camp Rock aired on Disney Channel in 2008, propelling the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato to global superstardom. A sequel arrived in 2010.

“The movie’s super fun, I’m so excited,” Nick said during a recent stint on The Tonight Show. “Demi’s producing, and me and the brothers have a little cameo in it, which was so bizarre. What a cool thing.”

Angus & Julia Stone will return to the United States this September for a stretch of intimate tour dates in support of Karaoke Bar, the Australian sibling act’s seventh studio album.

The Stones will perform fan favorites and songs from Karaoke Bar on their jaunt, which includes a three-night stand at Los Angeles’ Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever (Sept. 14, 15 and 16), plus intimate headline performances at Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn and Racket in New York City, and previously-announced festival spots in Canada.

Written and recorded across Greece, France and Australia, Karaoke Bar is due out Sept. 4 via Virgin Music. The new collection is said to be an exploration of music shaped by places and experiences, honed by geography and emotions, and houses the title track and recently-released “Monroe,” a warm and funky observation on love, fragility, and emotional reciprocity.

Angus & Julia Stone have amassed multi-platinum sales, No. 1s and numerous awards in their homeland and enjoyed an international breakthrough with the 2009 song “Big Jet Plane,” from their domestic chart-topping sophomore album Down The Way. The track went on to snag five ARIA Awards, including single of the year; won triple J’s annual Hottest 100 poll, and claimed the APRA Music Award for song of the year.

Rick Rubin produced the group’s third, self-titled studio album, from 2014, which went to No. 1 in Australia and cracked the Billboard 200, peaking at No. 54. It’s definitely not the end of the road for Boyz II Men, as the R&B legends announce another tour of Australia and New Zealand.

The vocal group, the preeminent R&B act of its era, leads a package of U.S. ‘90s heavyweights including Rock Hall-inducted rap act Salt-N-Pepa and, for the first time in Australia, hip-hop pioneers Bell Biv DeVoe.

As it stands, the nostalgia trip will visit six arenas and outdoor sites, kicking off Nov. 26 at Perth’s RAC Arena and wrapping Dec. 6 at Sirromet Wines at Queensland’s Mount Cotton, part of the a day on the green concerts brand.

With more than 64 million albums sold, plus four Grammy Awards, nine American Music Awards, nine Soul Train Awards, three Billboard Music Awards, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Boyz II Men are one of the most successful R&B acts of them all. Now featuring a lineup of Nathan Morris, Wanya Morris and Shawn Stockman, Boyz II Men enjoyed five No. 1s on the Billboard Hot 100, including a 16-week reign for “One Sweet Day,” their 1995 collaboration with Mariah Carey; a 14-week run at the top for 1994’s “I’ll Make Love To You,” and 13 weeks of chart domination for 1992’s “End of the Road.”

Benson Boone will backflip into Australia later this year for an east coast arena jaunt.

The chart-topping U.S. pop artist brings his Wanted Man run to these parts in November 2026, for nine total concerts spread across Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena and Sydney’s Afterpay Arena (formerly Qudos Bank Arena).

But first, the Grammy-nominated singer will complete the U.S. leg of his tour, a 35-date trek that got underway Tuesday, July 7 at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and wraps up Sept. 3 at Wyoming Center in Casper, WY. Along the way, he’ll play multiple nights at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center and Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena, and he’s booked to perform at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, presented Sept. 18-19.

Frontier Touring is producing the Australia trek, his first here since Boone completed six sold-out shows across a mix of arenas, outdoor spaces and theaters in January 2025.

Aussie audiences have a soft spot for Boone. His sophomore album, American Heart, opened at No. 1 on the ARIA Chart following its release in June 2025. That easily surpassed the No. 17 peak of his debut full-length effort, Fireworks & Rollerblades, which housed the smash “Beautiful Things,” the leader on ARIA’s year-end singles chart for 2024. “Beautiful Things” would also win the IFPI Global Single Award for 2024, effectively the world’s best-performing single across all digital formats, and its official music video recently entered YouTube’s Billion Views Club.

Boone kick-started the next phase of his career with the release last month of “The Time of My Life” (via Warner Records), penned with his go-to collaborators Jack LaFrantz and producer Jason Evigan.

Three years after Elton John’s completed his blockbuster final world tour, the British pop legend returns for one last lap.

The Rocket Man announces two dates at Mexico City’s Estadio Banorte on Oct. 2 and 3, bringing to an end his years-long Farewell Yellow Brick Road trek.

Presented by AEG Presents, Cardenas Marketing Network, and Enso Music, the Mexico shows are “designed as a heartfelt celebration honoring both the artist and a city that has held onto the memory and celebrated his music for years,” a statement reads.

Some 34 years have passed since Elton first performed two shows at the Azteca Stadium, as part of The One tour. His most recent appearance in the capital was 12 years ago, for a pair of Elton & Ray Cooper dates at Auditorio Nacional, back in 2012.

Elton wrapped his Farewell Yellow Brick Road jaunt on Saturday, July 8, 2023. Almost five years after launching, the tour grossed $939.1 million and sold 6 million tickets according to figures reported to Billboard Boxscore. Along the way, the global pandemic wrecked touring plans, while Elton missed a string of dates due to injury and illness.

His return to Mexico is a promise kept for those postponed shows.

“Mexico City has always held a special place in my heart”, Elton comments in a statement. “I was truly disappointed that the pandemic kept me from touring Latin America during my Farewell tour which makes this return especially meaningful. I’m thrilled to finally share this very special moment with my fans after all these years.”

John announced his impending retirement from touring with the Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour back in January 2018, ultimately kicking off the jaunt in September of that year. He presented it as a three-year goodbye, and other than extending the timeline by two years due to COVID-19’s global shutdown, he stuck to his word. John maintains that he does not want to tour again, but hasn’t ruled out playing sporadic events in the future.

Missy Higgins, The Teskey Brothers and ICEHOUSE will help launch The Point, a new Fuzzy-presented concert series at the Fleet Steps at Sydney’s Mrs Macquarie’s Point.

The spring series will take over the harbourside site across September, October and November, with Hot Dub On The Harbour and Harbourlife also part of the lineup. Performances will be staged on the Fleet Steps’ floating stage, placing the run of shows against one of Sydney’s most recognizable outdoor music backdrops.

ICEHOUSE will open the series on Wednesday, Sept. 30, with support from Little Quirks. Higgins follows on Thursday, Oct. 1, for what is billed as her only Sydney show of 2026, while The Teskey Brothers will perform on Friday, Oct. 2, with a 10th anniversary show for their debut album, Half Mile Harvest.

The Point continues in November with Hot Dub On The Harbour on Friday, Nov. 20, before Harbourlife returns to the site on Saturday, Nov. 21.

Fuzzy’s connection to the Fleet Steps dates back more than two decades, with Harbourlife first launching at the location in 2003. For the promoter, The Point also arrives as it approaches its 30-year milestone.

“We have been hosting shows at Fleet Steps since Harbourlife launched here in 2003 and the magic of this location has never worn off,” Fuzzy CEO Adelle Robinson said in a statement. “As Fuzzy approaches 30 years, launching The Point feels like the perfect way to mark that milestone, opening up this extraordinary setting to even more artists and audiences. We cannot wait for Sydney to experience what we have planned.”

For Higgins, the show adds another major date to what has been a busy period for the Australian singer-songwriter, following the continued success of her 2024 album The Second Act, which flew to No. 1 in Australia, and its accompanying national run.

“I’m really excited to be playing with my band at The Point Series in Sydney this October,” Higgins said. “It’s a spectacular setting at Fleet Steps and we’ll be performing on a huge floating stage right on Sydney Harbour. This is our only Sydney show for 2026 and it’s going to be very special.”

The Teskey Brothers’ appearance will mark 10 years since Half Mile Harvest, the Melbourne band’s 2017 debut that helped establish their soul, blues and roots sound with a wider audience.

The B-52s are speaking up about a harrowing situation that forced them to cancel their set at the Retro C Trop Music Festival in Tilloloy, France on Saturday (June 27) when a huge storm descended on the area. “We are so sorry to everyone who came out to Château de Tilloloy yesterday. The storm made it impossible to continue, and the safety of our fans and everyone on site had to come first,” they wrote in an Instagram post that featured a photo of the stage with a giant bolt of lightning hovering ominously over the proceedings.

“A huge thank you to our touring crew for their work and care in keeping everyone as safe as possible throughout an incredibly dangerous situation,” the post continued.

In a translated Facebook post announcing the cancellation of Sunday’s (June 28) planned final day of the festival’s 10th anniversary edition, organizers wrote, “It is with great regret that we are forced to cancel the final day of the 2026 edition of the festival, scheduled for Sunday, June 28, due to a tornado that occurred late last night and destroyed all public reception facilities. The safety of the public, artists, teams and all stakeholders remains our top priority. Given the exceptional weather conditions and their consequences on the site, this decision has been imposed as the sole responsible.”

Sunday’s lineup was slated to feature sets from Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Europe, Ultra Vomit, New Model Army and Fools Garden.

The statement did not address what singer Fred Schneider described in a Facebook post as a frightening scene backstage during the storm. “Last night was a total disaster. The promoter knew the dangerous storm that was brewing and on its way to The C Trop Music Festival in Tilloloy, France,” he wrote. “First, there was lightning, but the promoter still had the crew set up the stage and told the band to get ready to perform. Luckily, our tour manager, said to hold back 10 minutes because it’s not safe and we have to see what is going on with the storm. Then it was like a world wind hurricane force and heavy rain.”

Schneider said most of the band’s crew were caught in the storm and were forced to duck for cover anywhere they could as the festival was evacuated, with the band unable to leave the site due to what he said were dangerous driving conditions. He also reported that the power went out several times backstage and that the band’s equipment was damaged in the storm.

“We felt terrible for the fans that have waited in the heat all day for us to perform. And then get very little warning to no warning from the promoter that it wasn’t safe to stay out and make our way to the stage, there was lightning striking the band before our set,” Schneider continued. “Scaffolding even fell from the stage and destroyed our equipment. Keyboards, mic stands, laptops, sound equipment. All destroyed.”

He included several pictures of what he described as the violent aftermath of the storm, depicting the band’s equipment and amps smashed in piles on the stage. The veteran singer ended his post with a bizarre scene in which he described being huddled in the dark backstage as representatives of the event’s promoter walked around with flashlights asking the group to sign posters. “Well, I won’t tell you what strong expletives words were used,” he wrote. “Our sound man Frank feared for his life. It was that dangerous. We were worried about the crew the entire time. No one was hurt thank goddess.”

At press time a spokesperson for the festival had not returned Billboard‘s request for additional comment on the incident or Schneider’s claims.

The storm came as France is just beginning to emerge from a week of deadly high temperatures, with the smothering heatwave reportedly resulting in more than 1,000 excess deaths as the extreme heat broke records. The Europe-based World Weather Attribution group said in a new study that the norm-shattering heat and humidity in Europe over the past week would not have been possible without climate change.
